Response to Drought Stress of In Vitro and In Vivo Propagated Physalis peruviana L. Plants Inoculated with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi

نویسندگان

چکیده

Physalis peruviana L. is one of the most favorable tropical fruit due to its fast growth and nutritional properties. The current research outlined response drought stress golden berry plants inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi Claroideoglomus claroideum propagated in vitro as well from seeds. implementation symbiosis was determined by root colonization, glomalin content, alkaline acid phosphatases roots soil. plant protection assured enzyme non-enzyme antioxidants. adapted demonstrated higher resistance than developed seeds indicated increased parameters (shoot, biomass, number), plastid pigment antioxidant activity, less enhance mentofoxidative markers levels water-deficient conditions. findings present are relevant obtain optimal association type propagation an adverse environment for development will lead establishment a database model varied responses stressful conditions such drought.

Yield and growth characteristics of sunflower cultivars inoculated by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi under drought tension conditions

One of the new methods for optimum management and increasing the efficiency of water resources utilization in agricultural uses is the use of irrigation methods. Considering the importance of this issue, this research was carried out to determine the effect of mycorrhizal fungi on the yield of sunflower cultivars under drought tension conditions and as split split plots based on randomized comp...

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi ameliorate temperature stress in thermophilic plants.

Biotic interactions can affect the distribution of species across environmental gradients, and as air and soil temperatures increase, plant community response may depend on interactions with symbionts. We measured the effect of elevated soil temperatures on mycorrhizal function and on the response of both plant and fungal symbionts, using fungal inoculum isolated from either high-temperature th...

Effect of biochar on nitrogen retention in soil under corn plant inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi

Maintaining the levels of nitrogen in agricultural fields to ensure crop yield performance is challenging due to the complex dynamics of nitrogen transformation in soil. Nitrogen is mainly taken up by plant roots in the form of nitrate, but it is considered as an environmental pollutant that threatens human and animal health. Therefore, it is necessary to use adsorbent compounds to retain nitra...

Enhancing Tolerance to Salinity Stress in Poncirus trifoliata L. Using Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi

Citrus fruits are susceptible to salinity. In the present study, the reaction of trifoliate sour orange (Poncirus  trifoliata L.) to the salinity stress at the presence of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) was investigated. Forty-day-old seedlings were inoculated with three species of AMF in combinations including Glomus mosseae + Glomus intraradices, Glomus mosseae + Glomus hoi, Glomus intrar...

Influence of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi symbiosis with different pistachio rootstocks in salinity stress condition

This study was designed to investigate the effect of Mycorrhiza symbiosis on some orphophysiological characteristics of four different pistachio rootstocks under salinity stress. This research was conducted in a completely randomized design with factorial arrangement with three factors. The factors were included rootstocks at four levels (Badami-e Riz Zarand, Qazvini, Sarakhs, and UCB1), mycorr...
